Private Event Centre, Forest ON

Community Commitment

At FCLEC, we believe historic spaces should continue to serve the communities around them. While the venue supports professional meetings, executive retreats, and private events, it also exists as a place where people can gather, connect, learn, and create meaningful memories together.

Our goal is to keep this unique historic property active, accessible, and welcoming by offering flexible and reasonably priced options for community groups, charitable initiatives, family gatherings, and local events whenever possible.

By preserving and sharing this remarkable 1912 Carnegie Library, we hope to provide not only a distinctive venue, but also an experience people will remember long after the event itself.

We proudly partner with local culinary professionals to provide catering options ranging from light refreshments and sandwich trays to full-service dining experiences. Assistance with accommodations for out-of-town guests is also available supporting our local community and the B&Bs. Permits for social beverages can be arranged with the LCBO.

Whether hosting a corporate retreat, family celebration, community gathering, or special event, FCLEC provides a memorable setting designed to impress your guests while making planning simple and flexible.
